SwiftPoke Privacy Policy

What we store

You can use SwiftPoke without an account, and then we store nothing about you.

If you sign in, we store basic account details such as an account identifier and your email address, a device token for notifications, your saved filters, and your subscription status. We also keep general usage statistics that are not tied to you, and standard technical logs to keep the service secure.

If you have Pro and connect Discord in the app, we also store your Discord user ID and display name, so your Discord account can get access to the Pro community. You sign in on Discord's own page, under Discord's privacy policy. Disconnecting Discord in the app, or deleting your account, removes them and the access.

What stays on your device

Autofill details, including payment cards, are stored only on your device and are never sent to us.

How we use it

We use your data only to provide the service and to keep it secure. The legal basis is our agreement with you and our legitimate interest in a secure service. We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run SwiftPoke. They act only on our instructions and must protect it the same way we do. Some of them may process data outside the EU, with the safeguards the law requires.

This website uses analytics cookies. You can reject them, or change your choice, at any time under Cookie preferences in the footer.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you have an account. Logs and backups are deleted within about 30 days.

Your choices

You can delete your account and its data in the app at any time. You also have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
